    Decent products BUT poor after sales service

    So, I picked up 2 sets of 5 cushion covers + 1 single bedsheet & pillow cover. The cushion covers were pretty decent. Near & tidy stitching, concealed zips, good print though the cloth is too thick & plasticky feel for my liking BUT it was worth 299/- . 2 ⭐ less coz the bedsheet I received was nowhere close to the pic on their set. Supposedly jet black, in reality it turned out to be brownish black. Moreover, the pillow cover was faded in patches. As there's only a Mail ID Support, I mailed them twice BUT THERE'S BEEN NO RESPONSE from their team. I even dropped a message on their Instagram profile BUT No response again.
    So, do be aware that if you ordered a wrong product or wrong product was delivered, your complaints & grievance will NOT BE HANDLED by them. Once the items are sold, their work is done
    WILL I PURCHASE AGAIN FROM THEM? ABSOLUTELY NO! Their business ethics don't exist.
